Meet our Receptionists
Rachel has been at AAH since February, 1992
Do you have any pets? Karma and Teagan are my cats.
If you could be a bird, which one would you be and where would you fly? I am round like a Robin, think I’m as beautiful as a cardinal, and wish I was as long legged as a Flamingo – and I’d definitely fly SOUTH!
What do you love about being an AAH employee? My position allows me to help everyone and anyone. Be it a client needing information or a hand to hold in difficult times, an employee needing help in providing information or care to a client/patient or to the owner to achieve the level of care and service our clients deserve. If there is something I can say or do to assist and make an employee or client’s experience the best it can be – then it has been a good day.

Do you have any pets? I have several fish: Herschel, Riley, Steven, Orange, and Cam, and two guinea pigs, Kiwi and Molly.
If you could be a bird, which one would you be and where would you fly? I would be a Pelican on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, where half my heart resides.
What do you love about being an AAH employee? The animals are why I came, and the people are why I’ve stayed. The team with which I work is top of the line, from the Doctors to the Support Staff. They are compassionate, and true to taking care of every single being that walks through the doors, pets and people alike. I am faced with every emotion from happiness to heartache, daily. This is why I, and the team I work with, are here. It is our commitment to be here in every walk of life, and I pride myself on working with the best Veterinary Team in Maine.
