A Note About COVID-19 - Update from July 8, 2020
Dear Clients and Friends,
As with many Veterinary Hospitals across the country, at this point in time, we are continuing with curbside service only. We are evaluating the situation constantly and adjusting our plans accordingly.
We hope to be able to open when the threat level decreases, but we have a staff of 30 employees and their families to protect, and hundreds of clients and patients to consider. We remain committed to providing an exceptional experience and high quality care, and we feel that we can continue doing that with our curbside plan. We offer telemedicine and video conferencing, medication pickup, and an online store. We have also continued to implement mask use within the hospital, and request any client that is here for an appointment or approaches the hospital to pick up medications or food, to also please be wearing a mask.
If anyone is uncomfortable with our policies, we will understand, and we can reschedule any appointments for when we do reopen to the public. This situation is not ideal, and it has been very difficult for us. We want our clients back in the building as soon as possible. We are not continuing curbside appointments because we want to, but because we have to.
As always, we are grateful for the support and understanding of our amazing clients and friends. We hope to see you all soon!
